Digital Dost provides professional assistance in filling out various government and institutional forms. We act as your digital assistant to navigate complex portals and ensure your applications are submitted accurately.
2. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before we commence the form-filling process. We accept payments via UPI. Service charges are non-refundable once the form has been submitted to the respective government portal.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Digital Dost is not liable for any rejections or legal issues arising from incorrect data provided by the user. You must verify the preview PDF we send before final submission.
4. Data Privacy & Retention
We respect your privacy. All sensitive documents and personal data provided to us are permanently deleted within 24 hours of service completion or final submission, as per our 24-hour data deletion policy.
5. Liability Limitation
While we strive for 100% accuracy, Digital Dost is not responsible for government portal downtimes, processing delays, or rejections based on eligibility criteria. Our liability is limited to the service charge paid by you.
